1. Content disclaimer
Alvina Creation does not host video files. Every video is streamed directly from public third-party archives, mainly the Internet Archive and the W3C media server.
- Open films. Elephants Dream (2006, CC BY 2.5), Big Buck Bunny (2008, CC BY 3.0), Sintel (2010, CC BY 3.0), Tears of Steel (2012, CC BY 3.0) and Cosmos Laundromat (2015, CC BY 4.0) are © Blender Foundation, studio.blender.org. The Caminandes shorts and Agent 327: Operation Barbershop are © Blender Foundation / Blender Studio and are used under the Creative Commons licences published with them.
- Stills. Poster images come from Wikimedia Commons under the same Creative Commons licences.
- Fictional titles. "AI Originals" and other in-house titles (for example Neon Dhaka 2099 and Neural Dawn) are fictional catalogue entries. Their names, plots, cast and crew are invented, and their previews play the Blender shorts and trailers listed above. Any resemblance to real people, films or companies is coincidental.
- No endorsement. The Blender Foundation, the Internet Archive and the W3C do not endorse Alvina Creation.
2. Our copyright policy
We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and comparable laws, including the Copyright Act of Bangladesh. If we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, usually within 3 business days.
3. Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@alvinailab.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Notice", including:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or as a person authorised to act for the owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on Alvina Creation of the material you want removed;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Because the video files are hosted by third parties, we also recommend notifying the host directly (for example via the Internet Archive's rights page).
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consult a lawyer before sending a notice.
