These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alvina Creation at cinema.alvinailab.com ("Alvina"), operated by AlvinAI Lab ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Alvina Creation you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Alvina Creation.
1. The service
Alvina Creation is a free streaming showcase. It presents openly licensed films and shorts together with fictional "AI Originals" catalogue entries created for demonstration. Videos are streamed from third-party hosts such as the Internet Archive. We may add, change or remove titles and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any title will remain available.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Alvina Creation.
- Accounts are created with an email address and password or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and Google account secure.
- Paid plans, where offered, renew for the period shown on your dashboard until cancelled. Plan prices and features may change with notice.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.
3. Content and licences
- Feature films and shorts on Alvina Creation are works by the Blender Foundation and Blender Studio released under Creative Commons licences. Your use of them is governed by those licences, which require attribution.
- "AI Originals" and other in-house titles, including their plots, cast and crew names, are fictional and shown for demonstration. Any resemblance to real people or works is coincidental.
- Except where a licence grants more rights, Alvina Creation is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights while using Alvina Creation;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any security or access control;
- overload, disrupt or scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others;
- upload or transmit malware, or interfere with other users' accounts;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use Alvina Creation to send spam.
5. Our intellectual property
The Alvina Creation name, logo, design, original artwork and software are owned by AlvinAI Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.
6. Third-party services and advertising
Alvina Creation relies on third-party services (including Google, Supabase and the Internet Archive) and may display ads served by Google AdSense. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked from Alvina Creation.
7. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Alvina Creation infringes your copyright, follow the process in our DMCA Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Alvina Creation is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Alvina Creation will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlvinAI Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Alvina Creation. Because Alvina Creation is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AlvinAI Lab harmless from claims arising from your misuse of Alvina Creation or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Alvina Creation and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to Alvina Creation for any user who breaches these Terms. Sections 3, 5 and 8 to 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify users on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@alvinailab.com.
